Learning Path
One clear route from your first outdoor step to confident outdoor leadership.
How it works
A path, not a ladder
The learning path is designed as a journey rather than a race. You progress when you are genuinely ready, guided by mentors and real experience.
Each level combines knowledge, practical skills and real activities. You can move between disciplines freely, and everything you learn counts towards your development.

FAQ
Learning path questions
Do I have to follow the order?
The levels are designed as a sequence because each supports the next, but mentors will help you find the best route for your goals.
How fast can I progress?
Progression is based on readiness and experience, not speed. Some members move quickly, others take their time.
Can I focus on one activity?
Yes. You can specialise while still building the foundations that keep you safe.
